Who counts toward the paid user limit?
Only users within the MSP/CSP provider organization count toward your plan’s user capacity. Customer end users are free and are not charged as provider users.
What is included in every plan?
The full Cinch platform feature set, including CRM, Desk, device management, Workbooks, cloud and marketplace integrations, workforce automation, the Enterprise API, self-service and reporting. AI tokens are included to power enabled AI workflows. Choose a tier based on provider user capacity. Customer end users are free and do not count toward the provider user limit.
How do included AI tokens work?
Cinch-provided AI tokens simplify deployment of enabled AI workflows. Tokens are units of model usage. The included allocation and any additional usage terms depend on your plan and service configuration; contact our team for details. AI outputs should be reviewed before important actions.
Are there hidden fees or egress charges?
The Cinch platform subscription has a flat rate per tier, with no platform egress fees or separate API request fees within the included allowance. Cloud consumption, additional AI usage and scoped professional services are subject to their applicable pricing terms.
Are cloud, backup and disaster recovery included?
Platform integrations are included. Cloud IaaS, virtual machines, backup and disaster recovery consumption are billed separately. These costs are presented separately based on the services and resources you use.
Can I change plans as my team grows?
Yes. Move to the user capacity your team needs as your business grows. Our team can help coordinate the transition and confirm when the new rate takes effect.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing covers 12 months paid upfront. The displayed monthly amount is the annual total divided by 12. Savings are approximately 17% compared with monthly billing. Contact our team to set up annual billing for your account.
What is a Statement of Work?
An SOW defines the scope, timeline, deliverables and cost of a custom engagement, such as a platform customization, integration or implementation. Both parties agree on the work before it begins.
Are nonprofit or government discounts available?
Special pricing programs may be available for qualifying nonprofits and public sector organizations through Contour. Contact our team to discuss eligibility and applicable contract vehicles.
What certifications does Contour hold?
