Every Cinch plan includes the full platform feature set — CRM, Desk (ticketing), device management, workbooks, cloud platform integration (Azure & AWS), marketplace integrations (Tech Data, Ingram Micro, Microsoft 365), workforce automation, the Cinch Enterprise API (up to 1M requests/month), self-service knowledgebase, reporting, and 24/7/365 help desk support. The only difference between plans is the number of users supported.
None on the subscription itself. Contour charges a single flat monthly rate per tier. There are no egress fees, no API request fees, and no surprise line items on your Cinch platform subscription. Cloud IaaS and BaaS/DRaaS are billed separately on a consumption basis.
No. The subscription plans above cover the Cinch platform only. Cloud IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and BaaS/DRaaS (Backup and Disaster Recovery as a Service) are billed separately. Provisioning virtual machines and consuming backup/DR resources carries an additional cost based on the consumption-based pricing model we present with your custom quote.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time as your user count grows. Our team will handle the transition with zero downtime, and you'll only be billed the new rate going forward.
